Mesa is not sapwning canions like java.

I have been playing Minecraft for years on both xbox and PC and love the game. my only issue is that on bedrock version the game is not spawning the Mesa hills like the Java version and I find that that stretch of orange land could look much better with more of the deep and layered canyons like in the java version. Thank you.
