Minecraft won't load

I bought the minecraft mobile version. It recently stopped letting me in and said I wasn't licensed to use the app and I needed to download it. I have been trying fir days to get into my account. I decided today to uninstall and try and reinstall it. Now it' saying I have to pay another 6.99 to get it back. I have already paid for this game. What can I do to get my game back without having to pay another 6.99 for a game I already bought
