Stuck in beta on Windows 10

I can't opt out form the beta. When I do it just doesn't do anything. Restarting the PC, game, store, Insider Hub or even uninstalling whatever else. It doesn't prevent it from booting into the beta. I've searched the internet far and wide and I have found nothing on the solution. Just sad people stuck in the beta.
