Crazy Lag Spikes Being Near Seas (on a small island) or at a Beach

( Device - Samsung Galaxy S7 )

I've been experiencing with these lag spikes since version 1.4 and now i thought it would already be fixed after 1.5. But after re-checking and going out again in the update, it's still laggy & i can't help it. Please FIX THIS ASAP, this is a very severe bug especially since i'm using a SAMSUNG S7
