Unable to map Use command to anything on controller

When trying to bind the 'Use' command on Right trigger to any button such 'A' button it doesn't seem to allow me to use 'A' again.
It seems only the 'Use' command has this issue because I've tried it with switching 'Jump' command to right trigger and it works perfectly.
