Creepers can’t step up when chasing player

In 1.5 on iOS, creepers focused on a player get stopped by any block they have to climb...

Creepers seem faster than in previous versions, but only on flat surfaces or downhill.  Get above them by just one block and they’ll get stuck at the step up, staying fixed on the player but unable to climb, just as if it were two blocks.
