Missing Texture on Chiseled Quartz

Chiseled Quartz Blocks are missing the chiseled texture on one side. The missing side is dependent on what direction the block is placed, but always faces the same direction on a particular axis (i.e. if placed on the bottom or top of a block, the lost texture always faces down). I did submit this once, and it was fixed only for one minor update before it broke again.
