Bug of fly

hello mojang a bug persists on Minecraft pocket edition when one puts the ability to fly in survival to a player and that withdraws him it can always fly until it deactivates it by landing on the ground because by pressing twice the button for stop flying does not turn off please fix this bug as soon as possible
