Freeze & lag

I have still freeze & bugs but there is my PC specs :

 

OS : Windows 10

RAM : 7 Gb DDR3

Graphics card : ATI Radon HD 4250

Processor dual core : AMD Athlon II X2 220

And I have 0 virus.
