Body missing but still have head

So I was playing Minecraft like usual but I could not see any mobs or any thing so I exit the world to see what has happened and I saw my body was missing so I went into a creative world and spawned mobs and they also had no body's. It is funny but same time annoying. So if you could fix that it would be great. Thx
