Two maps have been deleted from minecraft, but the files are still on my device.

I have this map that has many unfinished creations. I played it one day, then the next day I was unable to launch and play the map. The files for the map are still on my phone. If I try to get the map again, I will lose all the projects that I spent many hours building.
