Bug in skin and mobs

Well, when I open the app, in the home page, my skin has a bug. 

But it's not only on the home page, while I am playing as well. 

All mobs have the same bug.Only their head appears. 

I would like a solution as soon as possible, because I have been waiting for a long time.
