Dolphins try to make you hurt them / No mob collisions

So I was in survival, just swimming around killing fish because I was starving. Dolphins being curious, like to swim around you. Since there is no collsions between the dolphin and the player, it swims straight through me as I am hunting fish. This caused them to try to murder me, this happened several times and I eventually died. Please get dolphins to stay a little wys away from the player or add collisions like on Java.
