Frozen Minecraft name at white background screen android

My Minecraft pe is frozen at starting of the game where it shows Minecraft which I play on android device.It does not go further and is stuck at that moment.please help me.i want to play back again.i have also tried reinstalling but it didn't work.help me plz.
