Crashing loading screen

This issue happened before the previous one I reported this is a serious as well the other since I can't play so that's why I want this issue fixed too I know there's people with same problem as the mine well I'm using my ZTE blade v6 plus since I have to specify in the description because if not specify the device then no one will know what device is having the issue
