I can only write on the top line of a sign. I cannot write on the other lines.

i can only write on the top line of a sign. I try to switch lines and it will not let me. This is on June 30,2018 and on the version 1.4.1 of minecraft bedrock switch edition. This bug was resolved earlier but reappeared during this version.
