Layers of stray texture missing

So I was creating a map about strays, there were no packs added in this world yet. Suddenly after I spawn it was missing a layer.

 

Expected:

The stray mob will spawn properly

 

Happened:

The stray has missing a layer on its texture.

 

 

Please Note

Even though I restarted the game, the texture are still missing.
