Some textures missing on Low End/Low Memory Devices

Also affects version 1.6.0.1
Any mob and entity is missing their texture. Item frames look normal until you summon some mobs and they look weird
Even yourself is missing a texture
This bug is not widespread, not all phones have this issue currently
