MCPE - ANDROID : WILL NOT SIGN IN

Minecraft PE for Android will not sign in. i have otther mcpe devices (LAPTOP,IPAD,)

with Windows 10 edition and my ipads have PE.

I use a SUMSUNG NOTE 2

I dont think this is a cracked one. how come it is in v1.2.14.2 (latest on june 30 2018(Phillipines))

Even with a launcher. it wont work
