Inventory Quick Move

When in the inventory/crafting menue there is no option to quick move/swap items while holding something or if inventory is full. Instead the item is thrown with "x". I should be able to pick item up with "a" hover over another Item and push "x" to quick move to a chest oe my hotbar, and then push "B" if I want to throw something. Instead, no matter how I set up/configure the controls I just throw the Items unless there is nothing in my hand.
