Blocks/items/redstone glitches when invisible or not loaded completely (Update: It does to Nintendo Switch too)

So, I was building a city and when I use the /setblock, /fill, or placing a block, it makes the blocks invisible. I quit the game each time the block makes invisible and the block is visible when I rejoin the map, please fix this it’s becoming annoying!
