Minecraft will not connect multiplayer world Via x box live.

Mc PE 1.4.3 (June 28th 2018)

with most recent version of Minecraft Pe I cannot connect to a multiplayer world over x box live. I am not talking about regular Minecraft servers where more than 5 players can play. This issue has been occurring for the last one month at least. I don’t know about the time prior to this because I have never tried it.
