Downloadble Content Sync Problem

It looks like my content from my phone (LG K20) can't sync in so I can use it on my Nintendo Switch. The Switch version had a splash-screen after I signed in my Xbox account to sync my content in all my devices that have Minecraft Bedrock using the same Xbox account. I accepted it and no content from my Switch to my Phone. For example, I can't see a Plastic Texture Pack download. I even have it on my phone. Is there suppose to be a splash-screen just like in the Nintendo Switch? (Is this to much?)
