Wither Sounds Heard Everywhere

When In a Multiplayer Game (In This Case A Realm) My Friend Spawned A Wither In The Nether And The People In The Overworld Could Hear The Wither Spawn Sound. The Same Thing happens When The player who spawns it is far from the other players.
