Placing seagrass, coral etc or using bonemeal underwater sometimes creates dark blocks

If you break or place an underwater plant or coral or use bonemeal under water it may create dark blocks which are filled in within a short time.

Plants spawned by bonemeal or placed by the player can break due to the dark blocks.
