Purchases aren't syncing from Nintendo Switch to Windows 10 and vice versa

I linked my Nintendo Switch to my Xbox account, but I'm noticing that none of my purchases are syncing across to my Windows 10 Minecraft nor to my Switch. I brought several mash up packs on the Switch and even unlocked some skins for free under the Windows 10 edition, but none of them are syncing across each other.
