Switch old world sync imports diamond tools/weapons nearly completely damaged

Diamond tools which were at approximately 50% damage in the previous game version, import at nearly 100% damage after syncing the old world. Iron tools at about 50% damage imported at about 50% damage. Diamond tools with almost no damage before import at almost no damage after.
