achievements from previous game verision do not import into Switch Bedrock

Achievements that were completed in the previous game version are not showing in the new Bedrock version for Nintendo Switch.

Other possibly relevant information: The initial game startup was done without linking an Xbox Live account. After signing up for Xbox Live account, no achievements from the previous game are transferred into the new game.
