Weird old placeholder block

I was on a flat world and everything was normal until one day randomly some but not all of the grass turned to a weird grass/dirt block called tile.info_update.name and It was really weird. Upon searching it on google, I learned that it was an old placeholder block used in finite worlds. It was very odd and it just randomly appeared one day. Note: Im not sure the affected versions Is correct
