Crashes

Dear mojang you haven't fix the crash yet and I'm want to play the game and it's been in weeks please fix this this annoying crash I can't get in please. What kind people don't help your customers when I try to ask this bug is so annoying and I don't have java edition to play I need to pay it until I have the cash.please fix it thank you
