visual glitch

The screen replicates itself and overlaps over and over again. This has been happening since the early release of the aquatic update and i have been dealing with it for quite a while and would like a resolution. I have reset my pc, and even tried installing the craziest of software's to fix this because it seriously messes with my head and annoys me a lot. If there are any questions or answers that could be given, please give them as soon as possible!
