Boats are unable to move on some blocks

If I place a boat on strings, torches, rails, farmland with not fully grown crops and other things. (take a look in the testing world) I can´t move the boat when i sit in it.

 

Farmland is the weirdest of them, with not fully grown crops i can´t move a boat but with fully grown crops of any type the boat has infinitely momentum until the boat land on a other block.

The player has to push the boat to do the "infinitely momentum" trick. Also works with other players or mobs in the boats.
