Worlds won't generate and can't join any world while logged with Xbox Live

My phone is Lg k8 2016 but this bug happened to one of my friends too, he has a Samsung phone. When i i try to create a world the game gets stuck at loading resource packs even tought i haven't chosen any resource pack when creating map. THIS HAPPENS ONLY WHEN I'M LOGGED WITH XBOX LIVE.
