Realms World Download Very Old Copy Of World

When I download a copy of my world from my realm on either my PC with Windows 10 Edition or on my Android Phone the copy I end up with is weeks old compared to what's currently being played on the realm. I've tried downloading backups from minutes ago, hours ago and even the previous day bit I still end up with this old copy of the world from weeks ago .I want to migrate my world to a bigger realms account for more players but don't want to give up weeks worth of work to do it .When I restore my world from backups on the realm it seems to work fine .Only downloads are affected .
