Seeing through blocks, sensitive death and continueous air bubbles

Seeing through blocks: Whether in survival or in creative, if you go into a wall, you can see through it.  Also, when you are on creative and you fry your head in the ceilings you go through it (but not completely). I have pictures of this happening.

Sensitive death: This time it only happens on survival (which makes sense) and I die for no real reason; in the sens of falling from a 3 block high tower and instant death when you jump in lava. As you can see by the pictures, I have full hearts and no potions or cheats were involved.

Air bubbles: This only happens in survival. Whether I am in the water or not, there’s is always air bubbles on my screen. Oh! And one weird fact, when I am swimming underwater in survival, I don’t loose air bubbles!

Also, I'd like to mention that that world is the only one that does it and i tried duplicating the world and trying it but it does the same thing. I also don’t have any texture packs or mods installed. I tried deactivating the beautiful skies and stuff like that but it still had the same reasults.

I hope no one posted the same problem (I did check) and I hope you will be able to fix it.
