Xbox Live Achievements Crash

Phone model is a Samsung Galaxy S8. When getting an achievement via Xbox Live, the game will stop responding and crash. I know the crash is caused by getting an achievement because my Windows 10 PC has gotten a notification for an achievement every time the crash happens. This makes the game quite difficult to play, since I've barely gotten any of the Xbox Live achievements for Minecraft.
