When strip mining blocks glitch underneath where you are standing.

So I wa mining on the new aquatic update, and my I noticed that I wasn't getting the cobblestone I mined. So I started looking for what was happening, and the blocks looked like they were glitched through the ground.

They were visible as they should be at a certain distance, but when I got closer they dissapeared again.
