Unable To Sit Or Stand Dogs

In Minecraft,

I am unable to sit or stand dogs that I had previously tamed in Minecraft. This problem happened when I had updated Minecraft for the Update Aquatic. I had tamed my dogs before the release of the Update Aquatic, and I am unable to sit or stand them now. This is weird because when I tame a dog now, everything is fine. This just seems to happen to dogs of previous versions of Minecraft.
