Realms Backups delete Inventory and Ender Chest Items

My realms copies/backups load up with empty inventories and ender chests. Why have backups and stuff if everything is gunna just disappear? Please fix this asap.. My world got borderline ruined lastnight because of the extremely over powered wither.
