Swimming On Land

When I go underwater (Even just swimming on top) and then when I go on land it will keep me in the new swimming position. Sometimes it has the bubbles and then I die, sometimes it doesn't. This is on a Multiplayer game with only 2 people online, it has not happened to me with just one person yet. Also when I leave game it wont let me back on, which I know you guys know about but just incase. Thanks for reading!
