Game freezes and crashes. I lost all my new texture packs that I bought just before the update.

I tried to play Minecraft and when I did, the game kept freezing and crashing. In addition, right before the update, I decided to buy enough mine coins and I bought all the texture packs. Now, I have no mine coins left and my texture packs are gone for some reason. I really like this game and have invested a lot of time and money into it.
