Water doesn't update when breaking waterlogged blocks
Steps to reproduce:
- Place a stair or slab on the air;
- Cover its sides;
- Waterlog it;
- Break the block.
Expected results:
The water flows from the bottom.
Observed results:
The water stays the same way it was.
