Game freezes

QhWhen playing the game freezes and so do the buttons. When I'm walking and this happens I do to have control of the character anymore it just keeps walking until the game force closes or power off my phone. This been happening to me for a while and powering off my device gets annoying so it will be nice to see this problem fix. Thank you and have a nice remaining day.
