can't uninstall betas

I tried this like 6 times!  I want the unbuggy version of minecraft and  where you can actually play on realms, servers, etc. I even tried waiting 15 minutes before reinstalling minecraft but nothing works. It isn't resolved yet. I can't play with friends. Please help me!
