Mobs are atracked to sea grass hostile and passive mobs

Both hostile and passive mobs are attracted to the sea grass. Example a creeper will stay bouncing on the sea grass instead of coming after me. Same with sheep and cows I was luring them with wheat and they went in the water on Sea grass and kept bouncing in the water.
