Red Sandstone Stairs have the incorrect texture

Red sandstone stairs have an incorrect top texture. They seem to have their bottom textures in place of their top textures. In-game this can be seen as red sandstone stairs having a crumblely/cracked texture, instead of the smooth texture as seen in other versions.

Tested on: superflat worlds, standard official texture pack, candy official texture pack, on an Android phone.

I am pretty sure this issue is a bug, because normal sandstone stairs in the Bedrock codebase have a smooth texture.
