Can't eat and the hungry bar freezed

Whatever  I change the game difficulty,when i hold the right mouse with food in hand,nothing happened,no eat animation or sound.And the hungry bar won't decrease.I had reinstall OS many times with different update version,but didn't work.However,the java edition won't have the same question,so my mouse should work well.Although I use the all keyboard mode,it doesn't work,too.
