Description of the tools does not show the right amount of correct attack damage

Steps to Reproduce

• Take a diamond sword and enchant it with sharpness V. You may note that sword discretion says "+13 attack damage" but the correct one would be +13.25 attack damage. that is, the other numbers are missing. This happens with all the tools
