Wither Boss flies following the target, but when he reaches the target, he turns and stops

Steps to Reproduce

• Spawn the wither boss in some world
• Put your game mode in survival or spawn some entity as target for it
• You may notice that instead of him continuing follow the target on which he is attacking he go however he turns and then stands still
