Duplication Glitch When Spamming the Q Key

When I spam the drop item key (Q) fast enough, I would eventually pick up more of the item than I had thrown down.  I tested this on singleplayer, realms, and servers to be sure it was not just an issue in any one of these.  It seemed that the faster you pressed the key the more you would get back.
